What materials are used in Hyperlite Mountain Gear products?
Our gear is primarily handcrafted using Dyneema® Composite Fabrics, which offer the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any material on the market while being 100% waterproof.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For handcrafted items or custom builds, please refer to the lead times listed on the specific product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-built gear and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on your gear?
Yes, we provide a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidents.
How do I clean and maintain my Dyneema® pack?
We recommend hand washing your gear in a bathtub or large basin using mild soap and lukewarm water. Always air dry your gear away from direct sunlight or high heat.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
